Swime Swimwear Co., Ltd. is a specialist custom swimwear manufacturer in Kerobokan, Bali. We make private label bikinis and one-piece swimsuits from your designs, our Ready Designs, or a mix of both.
We started in 1993 with a handful of labels and now produce for more than 300 independent swim brands every year. Labels such as Bydee and Leni Swims launched with us and reached international retailers in their first year.
From seamless bikinis and reversible one-pieces to underwire tops, every custom pattern is drafted in-house in 2D AutoCAD and graded accurately across every size.
We start from proven shapes in our pattern library and aim to match your handover in the first sample round — which is why we never rush a sample. Custom designs usually cost close to our Ready Design prices, and we see custom collections gain traction quickly and return for larger reorders.
Around 65 specialists work in our Kerobokan studio, and every sewist has at least ten years of swimwear experience.
We hold 100+ colours of Italian Carvico Vita, Sumatra and Pantelleria, plus Eco Lustra from the USA — ready to cut.

Printed on Italian MS machines, your artwork comes out with deep, rich, true-to-life colour and a superior hand feel. Need prints in a hurry? We also sublimate prints on polyester here in Bali in 2–3 working days — slightly less soft than nylon, but ideal for vivid colour.
Your logo, care instructions and size guide are heat-pressed inside the back of every piece.
Each garment is barcoded, tagged with a branded fabric hang tag and sealed in its own biodegradable zip-lock bag, so your collection arrives ready for retail. Add your logo to bikini fasteners and charms that resist salt and chlorine — in our experience, well-branded swimwear sells faster and reorders sooner.
Hand beading, sequins and crochet trims on request — stitched by hand, never glued, so they last. Send a detailed handover for a price.
Our recycled nylon cuts CO₂ by up to 80%, water use by 90% and energy by 50%. Swim fabrics carry GRS and U Trust certification, every plain colour uses OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 dyes, and everyone who makes your swimwear earns double the minimum wage.

MOQs are set per collection, not per style. Custom designs start at 400 pieces per collection (minimum 40 per style and 4 per size and colour). Ready Designs start at 300 pieces (minimum 30 per style and 3 per size and colour).
Most swimwear labels launch with 8 to 12 styles across tops, bottoms and one-piece swimsuits, plus one or two extra styles to sample.
Custom swimwear samples cost double the wholesale price plus a USD 30 development fee per style, credited against your bulk deposit. Ready Design samples have no development fee.
Using in-stock colours, custom samples take 1 to 3 weeks and Ready Design samples 1 to 2 weeks. Bulk orders are ready 3 to 5 weeks after we receive your deposit, approved specs and logo files, plus 3 to 5 days by DHL Express.
Private label swimwear is made from your own designs, so nobody else sells your shapes. White label swimwear, such as our Ready Designs, starts from existing proven styles and adds your branding.
Swimwear labels typically retail at 4.6 to 7 times their manufacturing cost: around USD 70 to 109 for a bikini top or bottom in Carvico Vita, and USD 89 to 150 for a one-piece swimsuit.
We ship worldwide by DHL Express in 3 to 5 days. Bulk orders cost approximately USD 1.30 to 2 per piece, and up to 10 samples cost up to approximately USD 100, depending on destination.
