Do I need to sample before placing bulk orders?
For custom styles, we strongly recommend it. Sampling allows you to examine construction details, wire fit, and cup sizing on live fit models. For Ready Designs, every pattern is already perfected and graded to international standards, allowing experienced brands to bypass sampling and proceed straight to bulk production.
Should I order one sample set or two?
Ordering two sample sets is ideal. The second set is charged at the estimated bulk price and stays at our Bali production office. Our master cutters and seamstresses use it as the physical benchmark against the first cuts of your bulk production run. If you only order one set, you can courier it back to us when placing bulk.
How are sample adjustments handled if fit isn't perfect?
Minor dimensional tweaks, coverage changes, or strap adjustments are updated digitally in 2D AutoCAD without surcharge. If an initial physical prototype deviates visibly from your signed handover specifications, our sample room remakes the garment at zero cost.
What international delivery service is used for samples?
All samples are packed in individual biodegradable bags and shipped globally via DHL Express. Transit takes approximately 3 to 5 business days to North America, Western Europe, and Australasia. Tracking numbers are provided immediately upon dispatch.
