How much is the sample fee?
For solid color swimsuits, the sample fee is USD 45/pc. For patterned swimwear, the sample fee is USD 65/pc. For special fabrics, our design team will provide an exact quotation (for example, 600 gsm solid color crinkle fabric is USD 65/pc, including 2 modifications). If you repurchase 150 pieces of the same design, color, or pattern within 2 years, we will refund the sample fee.

Why is the sample fee higher than mass production?
Sample making is crafted by the designer to inspect details, which takes more dedicated time and effort than mass production. Fabric, lining, and accessory procurement for small quantities also carries a higher unit cost. Additionally, the sample fee includes one free revision (you only pay the reshipping cost), effectively covering two rounds of sampling.

What is the sun and chlorine resistance level, and why is treated fabric more expensive?
With treatment, the sun and chlorine resistance level is 2-3; without treatment, it reaches level 4. The higher price is due to fabric minimums. Sustainable, chlorine-resistant fabrics usually require a higher MOQ (around 350 yards or 750-800 bikinis). For lower MOQs (e.g., 70 yards for ~100-130 bikinis), extra dyeing fees and fabric wastage increase the unit cost per bikini.

Why should I place an order with your company if another supplier offers a lower quote?
Our team calculates prices transparently based on precise design specifications, fabric consumption, and accessory needs, ensuring the quotation remains fixed unless requirements change. Many competitors provide artificially low initial quotes, only to raise costs during sampling or right before bulk production.

Will bulk production orders be identical to the approved samples?
Samples are created individually by designers, whereas bulk orders involve large-scale cutting and assembly across production lines. While slight variances can occur, our thorough quality control process inspects every garment prior to shipment to ensure all specifications remain well within acceptable commercial tolerances.

How do you handle defective items upon delivery?
We thoroughly inspect, photo, and record items prior to shipment. In the rare event that defective goods arrive, simply share photos and videos within 3 working days of receipt. Once confirmed with our manufacturing team, we will remake and replace the items directly or ship them with your next order.
